Dade County’s “Autumn Splendor” Fundraiser Invites Creative Contributions for a Cause

Dade County, GA — The vibrant colors of fall are on the horizon, and so is a heartwarming opportunity to give back to the community through creativity. The Autumn Splendor Decorating Spectacular Fundraiser is calling on local residents and businesses to showcase their talents—and their generosity—by contributing handcrafted fall, Halloween, or Thanksgiving-themed items to be auctioned off in support of vital local programs.

Organized by the Alliance for Dade, the event seeks contributions such as:

  • Wreaths (minimum value of $100),

  • Gift baskets or

  • Centerpieces (minimum value of $150),

All items will be auctioned at Historic Courthouse, 12345 Main St., with proceeds benefiting workforce development initiatives and a new leadership class for local residents.

“This is a chance for businesses, artists, and community members to not only support a great cause, but also to gain exposure and connect with others in a fun, seasonal way,” organizers said.

Even those who don’t consider themselves “crafty” are encouraged to get involved—monetary donations are also welcome and will go a long way in helping fund the programs.
