DCHS HEALTHCARE STUDENTS VISIT DES
Dade County High School Healthcare Teacher, Mrs. Allison Vice, and her Introduction to Healthcare Science students visited the kindergarten classes at Dade Elementary for a special infection prevention project. The healthcare students were each assigned an infectious disease and they presented the information that a 5-year-old could easily understand. Students planned hands-on activities for each class and created a 3D “virus monster” to help the kindergarten students learn.
