After releasing early for Christmas Break due to the number of students and staff in quarantine for COVID-19, Dade County Schools will be back in session as planned.
Superintendent Josh Ingle said Dade County Schools will be opening by the schedule set on the school calendar. Teachers will have in-service January 5 – 6, with students starting back on Thursday, January 7.
“I hope with 2021 we can get off to a great start and have a sense of normalcy,” Ingle said.
