Dade County Schools Operating on 2-Hour Delay Monday, December 15
DADE COUNTY, Ga. — Due to overnight temperatures dropping into the teens and wind chill values near the single digits, Dade County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay on Monday, December 15.
The delay is being implemented out of caution for student and staff safety during early-morning travel and bus operations.
Parents and students should adjust morning schedules accordingly. All school start times, bus pickups, and morning programs will begin two hours later than normal.
This announcement applies to all Dade County Schools.
Updates will be shared if conditions change.
