Dade County Residents Invited to Comprehensive Plan Visioning Session Tonight

TRENTON, Ga. — Dade County residents are encouraged to take part in shaping the community’s future by attending the Joint Comprehensive Plan Visioning Session II tonight.

The public meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. at the Historic Dade County Courthouse, located at 12345 Main Street in Trenton.

The Visioning Session is part of Dade County’s ongoing effort to update its Joint Comprehensive Plan, a long-range roadmap that helps guide future decisions on growth, land use, transportation, housing, economic development, parks and recreation, infrastructure, and other community priorities.

County leaders are encouraging citizens, business owners, and stakeholders to attend and share their ideas about what they want Dade County to look like in the years ahead. Public input gathered during the session will help establish goals and priorities that will influence future planning and development throughout the county.

Officials say the Comprehensive Plan is designed to reflect the community’s vision and ensure future decisions are based on the needs and priorities of Dade County residents.
