Catoosa County’s Alcohol Beverage Commission Member Arrested in Dade County

Clarence Kissner, a member of the Alcohol Beverage Commission in  Catoosa County is currently facing charges after he reportedly struck a man at a Lilly Lou’s wedding venue on April 1st.

The victim told authorities that he and his son had gone outside to the bar, where Kissner was with his brother. Kissner and his brother began harassing the victim’s son. The man, stepping in to defend his son, asked him to leave. Kissner and his brother started escalating, raising their voices at him when, after a few words were shared, Kissner struck the victim on his jaw and knocking him to the ground.

Deputies charged Kissner with aggravated battery.
