Deputies from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and authorities from the Alabama state Bureau of Investigation arrested a man in Jackson County for murder.
The arrest was made in November 24 for the murder of Satia Siv. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation Region One office and Rossville Police Department investigated the shooting death of Siv which occurred on the morning of November 22 in Rossville. Their investigation led to a suspect from Bryant, AL.
The Alabama law enforcement authorities assisted the GBI and arrested Joseph Hart at his home in Bryant. Hart is facing $1 million bond and is in custody at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office while awaiting extradition to Georgia.
