Citizens of Dade County pray for good weather as the annual 1945 Fair is set to kick off on Monday, July 1st.

Nathan Wooten appeared on the K-WIN Today program this week to announce the festivities that Dade County residents will be able to enjoy from early to evening on Monday. From musical guest such as Cam Smith, Mitch Rossell, Katrina Barclay, Corey Layne, and Southwind Bluegrass — and a performance by newly-announced legendary local group The Forester Sisters — to events such as a Home Run Derby, a cornhole tournament, a hot dog eating contest, and something called a “hairy leg.”
