Advance Voting Begins Tomorrow in Dade County for E-SPLOST and City Elections
TRENTON, Ga. — Advance voting begins tomorrow in Dade County for the Education Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (E-SPLOST) continuation referendum and two Trenton city Offices, Parks and Recreation along with the Police commissioner.
All advance voting will be held at the Dade County Administrative Building, located at 71 Case Avenue in Trenton.
Early voting runs from Tuesday, October 14, through Friday, October 31, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In addition to weekday voting, voters will also have two Saturday voting opportunities — on October 18 and October 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The E-SPLOST measure on the ballot would continue the current one-percent sales tax dedicated to supporting local school facilities, technology upgrades, and other educational improvements. City races in Trenton will also be decided during this election period.
Residents who do not vote early can cast their ballots for the Education Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (E-SPLOST) continuation referendum on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, at their regular polling precincts, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. All City races in Trenton will take place at the same location 71 Case Avenue in Trenton
