The notice outlines the commencement of Qualifying on March 4, 2024, lasting until noon on March 8, 2024, for various crucial positions, including County Executive, County Commissioner, School Board Member, Sheriff, Tax Commissioner, and more. With the General Election slated for November 5, 2024, and the last day for voter registration for the Primary on April 22, 2024, prospective candidates are invited to qualify at the Dade County Justice Building in Trenton, Georgia. Notice is hereby given that Qualifying for the General Primary Election, for the offices listed below, will begin at 9:00am on March 4, 2024 and will end at noon on March 8, 2024. The General Primary Election will be held on May 21, 2024 and (if needed) the General Primary Runoff Election will be held on June 18, 2024. The General Election is November 5, 2024. The last day to register to vote in the May 21, 2024 Primary is April 22, 2024.

SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT SUPERVISOR Requires at least 25
signatures of qualified electors of the county to nominate a candidate. Candidates must also be a qualified elector of the county. Nomination petitions must be received in the office of the Dade County Board of Elections at 71 Case Ave., Trenton, GA during qualifying hours.

Monday- Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-noon. Nomination petitions may be obtained from the Conservation Commission at www.gaswcc.org or from the Elections Office.

Anyone desiring to run for one of these offices may qualify in the Dade County Justice Building, 75 Case Ave, Trenton, Georgia. Qualifying will be held daily. Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00- noon. All Non Partisan candidates will qualify in the Dade County Board of Elections Office, 71 Case Ave, Trenton, GA 30752
