This Tuesday night and Wednesday morning from 800 PM until 100 AM EDT.
THREATS
Scattered damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible, Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible
SITUATION
Widely scattered strong to severe thunderstorms will
likely move into north Georgia through this evening. A couple of
the stronger thunderstorms will be capable of a threat for damaging
gusts (55 to 65 mph) and perhaps isolated hail to 1 inch in
diameter.
The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 50
statute miles east and west of a line from 20 miles northeast of
Chattanooga TN to 105 miles southeast of Chattanooga TN. For a

PRECAUTIONS
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch means conditions are
favorable for severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area.
Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for threatening
weather conditions and listen for later statements and possible
warnings. Severe thunderstorms can and occasionally do produce
tornadoes.
