    Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly.     Any snow is expected to rapidly stick to roads and other surfaces due to temperatures in the 20s. Gusty winds could result in areas of blowing snow and poor visibility. Plan on difficult travel conditions.
