Henegar Announces Candidacy for Dade County District 3

SHARE NOW
I am pleased to announce my candidacy for the Dade County District 3 commission seat in the upcoming 2024 election. I am asking for your support as together it is time that we focus on our future.

My wife Tiffany Brodie Henegar and myself are both lifelong residents of Dade county and reside inside the Trenton City limits. We attend Trenton Ministry Center and have both been involved in numerous capacities within our communities.  I have been employed as a firefighter with Cobb County Fire and Emergency services for over 25 years and have served for over 30 years as a firefighter with our Dade County Fire Departments.  In addition, I am a board member for Scenic Dade, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the Dade county region through conservation and the built environment.

From 2014-2018, I served as your City of Trenton’s fire and utilities commissioner.  This position allowed me to have an inside look at the current and future needs of our infrastructure. Being a former commissioner has also given me the understanding of what it takes to work together as two governments for the betterment of our communities.

As Dade county continues to move forward, I am asking for your support in the next election. As leaders and citizens, we must work together in order to be focused on the future of Dade county. Your vote is your voice and our voices must be heard.
