One of college football’s biggest rivalries takes center stage Saturday afternoon as the No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs square off against the No. 17 Florida Gators in a Southeastern Conference showdown.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 3:30 p.m. Eastern on Saturday, October 31, with live coverage beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Classic Hits K-WIN 101.3, 1420, 106.1 as well as the K-WIN app.
Georgia enters the contest with a 6-1 overall record and a 4-1 mark in SEC play. The Bulldogs are looking to continue their push toward the SEC Championship Game and strengthen their position in the national championship race.
Florida comes into the matchup at 5-2 overall and 3-2 in conference play. The Gators will be looking to pull off an upset against their longtime rivals and improve their standing in the SEC.
The annual Georgia-Florida rivalry is one of the most anticipated games on the college football calendar, with bragging rights and conference championship implications often on the line.
For Georgia, a victory would provide another important conference win as the Bulldogs enter the final stretch of the regular season. Florida, meanwhile, has an opportunity to make a major statement by knocking off one of the nation’s highest-ranked teams.
Bulldog fans can catch all the action Saturday afternoon on Classic Hits K-WIN 101.3, 1420, 106.1 as well as the K-WIN app, with airtime set for 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
This year’s rivalry will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta instead of its traditional Jacksonville location because of stadium construction. Georgia won last year’s meeting 24-20 and leads the all-time series 58-44-2.
