The Atlanta Braves will try to punch their ticket to the next round of the postseason today when they face the Philadelphia Phillies in Game 2 of the National League Wild Card Series.
Atlanta took control of the best-of-three matchup with a Game 1 victory and now leads the series 1-0. Another Braves win today would eliminate Philadelphia and advance Atlanta to the National League Division Series.
The Braves finished the regular season with a 94-68 record, while the Phillies entered the postseason at 88-74.
Game 2 is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
