The Atlanta Braves are back at Truist Park Wednesday night looking to answer after dropping the opening game of their series against the Cincinnati Reds.
Cincinnati took Tuesday night’s opener 4-0, sending Atlanta into Wednesday with a 92-65 record. The Reds enter game two at 73-84.
Chris Sale is scheduled to start for Atlanta in what is expected to be his final regular-season start before the postseason. Sale is 14-9 with a 2.18 ERA, while Cincinnati is expected to start Andrew Abbott, who is 6-11 with a 4.70 ERA.
First pitch is set for 7:15 p.m., with airtime at 6 p.m. on Classic Hits K-WIN 101.3 FM, 106.1 FM, 1420 AM and 1480 AM as well as the free K-WIN app.
