Dade County is getting ready to celebrate Homecoming 2026 with several days of activities under this year’s theme, “Game On!”
The celebration will begin Thursday, October 1, with the annual Homecoming Parade. Lineup begins at 6 p.m., with the parade scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
The parade will begin at the Bank of Dade and travel along the main road to Moore Funeral Home. From there, the parade will turn left and continue toward Dade County High School, where the parade will end.
A community pep rally will be held at the high school immediately following the parade, giving students, families and community members an opportunity to come together ahead of Friday night’s Homecoming football game.
Homecoming festivities continue Friday, October 2, with kickoff scheduled for 7:30 p.m. The 2026 Homecoming Queen will be crowned during halftime.
The week wraps up Saturday, October 3, with the Homecoming Dance from 7 to 9 p.m.
Organizers are encouraging the Dade County community to come out and take part in this year’s Homecoming celebration and show their school spirit throughout the three-day event.
