The Atlanta Braves go for the sweep Sunday afternoon when they wrap up their three-game road series against the Houston Astros.
Atlanta has already claimed the series after winning the opener 6-2 and following it with a 6-3 victory Saturday. Ronald Acuña Jr. delivered the biggest swing in Game 2, blasting a go-ahead grand slam in the seventh inning.
The Braves enter Sunday’s finale with a 91-64 record and have already secured a spot in the postseason. A win Sunday would complete the sweep and clinch the National League East.
Martín Pérez is expected to take the mound for Atlanta, while Houston counters with Hunter Brown. The Astros enter the game at 77-78.
First pitch is set for 2:10 p.m. from Daikin Park in Houston, with Braves baseball beginning at 12:20 p.m. on Classic Hits K-WIN 101.3 FM, 106.1 FM, 1420 AM and 1480 AM as well as the free K-WIN app.
