The Atlanta Braves will look to finish off a three-game sweep of the Houston Astros Sunday afternoon, and fans can hear the action on WFLI The Big One.
Atlanta enters the series finale at 91-64 after taking the first two games in Houston. The Braves opened the series with a 6-2 victory Friday before winning 6-3 Saturday night behind Ronald Acuña Jr.’s go-ahead grand slam in the seventh inning.
The two victories have already secured the series for Atlanta, but Sunday brings an even bigger opportunity. The Braves enter the finale with their magic number to clinch the National League East down to one.
Martín Pérez is scheduled to start for Atlanta against Houston’s Hunter Brown. Pérez enters at 9-9 with a 3.07 ERA, while Brown is 6-3 with a 3.43 ERA.
First pitch from Daikin Park in Houston is scheduled for 2:10 p.m. Sunday.
