Those looking to build new job skills and earn forklift certification will have an opportunity to take part in a Forklift Training Workshop in Trenton this October.
The workshop will be held Friday, October 23, from 1 to 5 p.m. at 505 N. Industrial Boulevard in Trenton. The training is being presented by Trenton Pressing and Alliance for Dade Workforce Development.
Participants will receive hands-on forklift training designed to teach essential safety skills and prepare them to operate a forklift with confidence. A certified trainer will lead the course, and participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate of completion.
The course is valued at $150 but is being offered for $75.
Space is limited to five participants per class, and advance registration is required. Registration ends October 16 at 5 p.m.
