The Dade County Fire Department is advising the public of a live training exercise scheduled for tonight, Friday, Sept. 18, at Dade County High School.
Firefighters will be participating in a Pressurized Container class as part of the department’s ongoing training efforts.
Because the exercise will involve live training activities, residents and motorists in the area may notice an increased presence of firefighters, emergency vehicles and other activity around the high school.
The activity is part of a scheduled training class and should not be mistaken for an actual emergency.
The Dade County Fire Department is asking the public to use caution around the training area while firefighters complete the exercise.
