Georgia Northwestern Technical College has announced its President’s and Dean’s Lists for the 2026 summer semester, with one Dade County student earning academic honors.
Almeda Hutchison-Smith of Dade County was named to the Dean’s List for the summer semester.
To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must maintain a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.79 while completing a course load of at least 12 credit hours during the semester.
No Dade County students were listed on the President’s List for the summer semester. Students named to the President’s List must maintain a GPA of 3.8 or higher while taking at least 12 credit hours.
Students from across Georgia Northwestern Technical College’s service area were recognized on the two academic honor lists.
GNTC serves students throughout northwest Georgia and offers programs in areas including business, healthcare, industrial technologies, public service and other career fields.
