The Atlanta Braves are back on the diamond Saturday afternoon as they continue their three-game road series against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Milwaukee took the opener Friday by a 2-1 final. Braves starter Chris Sale turned in six strong innings, but Milwaukee’s Jacob Misiorowski tossed six scoreless frames. Atlanta finally broke through with a run in the eighth, but could not complete the comeback.
Atlanta enters Saturday at 75-54, while Milwaukee owns an 80-49 record. The Braves will try to even the series before the teams meet for the finale Sunday.
Saturday’s first pitch from American Family Field is scheduled for 2:10 p.m.
