The Atlanta Braves are back on the diamond Wednesday afternoon as they close out a three-game series against the Minnesota Twins.

Minnesota comes into the series finale at 62-65 overall with a 34-31 record at home. The Twins will be looking to complete the three-game sweep, while Atlanta will try to leave Minnesota with a victory.
With the regular season moving deeper into August, every game becomes increasingly important as the Braves look to keep themselves in a strong position down the stretch.
