The Dade County High School Lady Wolverines are set to open the 2026 softball season with three games over the next several days, including two home matchups and a tournament appearance.
The Lady Wolverines will begin the season Monday, Aug. 3, when they host Southeast Whitfield. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
Dade County returns to the field Tuesday, Aug. 4, for another home contest, this time against Northwest Whitfield. That game is also set to begin at 5:30 p.m.
The team will then travel to Calhoun on Friday, Aug. 7, to compete in the Calhoun Tournament. Dade County is scheduled to play at 4 p.m. and again at 6 p.m. Tournament admission is $10.
