The Atlanta Braves announced that Wednesday night’s game against the San Francisco Giants has been postponed because of forecasted inclement weather.
According to the Braves, the game will be made up on Monday, August 31, with first pitch scheduled for 6:05 p.m. Eastern Time at Truist Park.
The postponement comes as stormy weather is expected to move through the Atlanta area, prompting the decision to avoid potential delays and unsafe conditions for fans, players, and stadium staff.
