It will be a full day of baseball as the Atlanta Braves and San Francisco Giants resume a rain-suspended game before meeting again in tonight’s scheduled contest.
Tuesday night’s game was stopped by rain with San Francisco holding a 3-2 lead over Atlanta. The game will resume this afternoon, with airtime at 1:45 p.m. and the first pitch of the continuation set for 2 p.m.
Once the suspended game is completed, attention will turn to tonight’s regularly scheduled matchup. Coverage begins at 6 p.m., with first pitch slated for 7:15 p.m.
The Braves enter play with a 46-25 record and have been one of baseball’s toughest teams at home with a 22-11 mark. The Giants come into Atlanta at 29-43 overall and 15-23 away from home.
