SPLOST “Station Talk” Meetings Continue Thursday Across Dade County

DADE COUNTY, Ga. — Dade County residents are invited to take part in a series of in-community SPLOST “Station Talk” meetings happening throughout April.

The meetings provide an opportunity for citizens to hear directly from County Commissioners and staff, ask questions, and learn more about SPLOST and how it impacts the community.

The next meeting is scheduled for:

  • April 9 at South Dade Fire Hall
  • 6:30 p.m.

County officials say the goal of the meetings is to bring conversations directly into local communities, making it easier for residents to stay informed and engaged.

Leaders also expressed appreciation to local fire departments for their support in hosting the meetings.

“We appreciate our Fire Chiefs for coordinating the dates and locations and for welcoming us into their communities,” officials said.

Additional upcoming meeting dates include:

  • April 13 – New Home Fire Hall
  • April 20 – City of Trenton Fire Hall
  • April 21 – Station 4 (Wildwood)
  • April 27 – West Brow Fire Hall

All meetings begin at 6:30 p.m., and the public is encouraged to attend.
