Dade County Sheriff’s Office to Give Away Free Easter Baskets Wednesday

The Dade County Sheriff’s Office is inviting families to stop by for a special Easter giveaway next week.

Sheriff’s officials will be distributing free Easter baskets, eggs, and grass to the community on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. while supplies last.

The event will take place at the Dade County Sheriff’s Office located at 75 Case Avenue in Trenton.

Officials say families can simply drive through to pick up the Easter items, and there will be no need to get out of your vehicle.

Children may also get a chance to see a special guest, as the Easter Bunny is expected to stop by during the event.
