Deadline to Register to Vote for March 10 Special Elections Is Today
Voters planning to participate in the March 10, 2026 Special Elections are reminded that the deadline to register to vote is Monday, February 9, 2026.
Eligible voters who are not yet registered must complete their registration by the deadline in order to be able to cast a ballot in the upcoming special elections.
Residents may register to vote in several ways:

In person at their local elections office

Online through the Georgia voter registration system

At the Department of Driver Services (DDS) when applying for or renewing a driver’s license or state ID
Election officials encourage voters to verify their registration status and polling location ahead of Election Day to avoid any issues.
The March 10 special elections will determine representation into two offices affecting Northwest Georgia.
