Sue Hamlin Oliver
July 20, 1924 - December 10, 2020
Sue Hamlin Oliver, affectionately known as "MamaSue", 96, of Wildwood, GA passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020. She loved to cook for and entertain family and friends, crochet, travel, and for many years she and her husband, Elmer, ran a ceramics shop that was enjoyed by many.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Elmer Oliver; her parents, Charles and Kate Hamlin; her six siblings; and her step-grandson, Brice Chesnut.

Survivors include her sons, Nikki (Judy) Oliver, of Lookout Mountain, GA, and Rusty (Ginger) Oliver of Macon, GA; grandchildren, Kelley (Chris) Stanfield, Jullie (Jeff) Poston, Wendy (Tad) Evearitt; step-grandson, Cameron Chesnut; 14 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was a faithful member of the Morganville United Methodist Church and later in life at Wauhatchie United Methodist Church.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 14th, at Sarah's Chapel Cemetery in Wildwood, GA at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Chris Stanfield officiating. Pallbearers include Tad Evearitt, John Gothard, Danny Hall, Jeff Poston, Roger Shelton, and Tim Shelton. Honorary pallbearers are great-grandsons.
