John Patrick Bruce, 78 of Rising Fawn, GA passed away at his residence surrounded by his family. He was a retired truck driver and drove for Crete Carriers after a number of years of service. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Patricia Lee Bruce, one sister, Roberta Newman.

Surviving includes his wife of 55 years, Carol Yates Bruce, Rising Fawn, GA., Daughter, Carolyn Denice Bruce, Rising Fawn, GA., 3 sons, Brian (Jeannie) Bruce, Trenton, GA., Thomas (Tina) Bruce, Trenton, GA, Steven (Debbie) Bruce, Trenton, GA., 7 grandchildren, Patrick Bruce, Makayla Bruce, Ashley (Bev) Patton, Emily (Caleb) Everett, McKenzie Bruce, Olivia Bruce, and Eli Bruce. Two brothers, Jimmy (Sandy) Bruce, Ringgold, GA., Larry (Brenda) Bruce, Memphis, TN., Sister, Sandra (Jim) McClure, Hixson, TN. Also several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 11 AM Saturday March 26, 2022 at Lake Hills Memorial Gardens with Rev. Billy Joe Conner officiating.
