Jeanette Gilbreath Cox passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the home of her daughter. Jeanette was 86 years old and lived most of her life in Trenton, GA in the New England community.

She is survived by daughter Vickie Cox Jennings of Red Bank, Tennessee, and son Ricky Van Cox of West Tennessee, sister-in-law Melva Gilbreath and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Those preceding her in death were here husband Leo Cox, eight sisters and brothers, cousins, and other relatives.

Jeanette spent most of her life working in the manufacturing business and in retirement was a security guard. She has many friends from those areas of employment.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Moore Funeral Home in Trenton, GA with Brother Michael Kilgore officiating. Interment will follow at the Gibb Dock cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
