Damian Blaze Wade, 21, of Flat Rock, AL passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022. He was born July 5, 2001 to Steven Wade and Shana Stone. Damian was a very special young man who was loved by many and had a number of friends. We as his family loved him most. Damian will always be treasured, and never forgotten.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Keith and Diane Stone.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by sister, Kara Graham; brother, Ryver Graham; grandparents, Steve and Marites Wade, Scott and Johnnie Sullivan; great-grandparents, Leon and Gail Wade, Evelyn Stone, Henry and Beth Greenwood; uncle, Dustin Wade; aunt, Melissa Stone; cousins, Zoey Wade, Zerek Stone, Freedom Webb and Tristen Stone; and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM ET on Thursday, August 11, 2022 in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at Floral Crest Cemetery in Bryant, AL.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET and from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM ET on Thursday.
