Charles E. Craig, 72, of Lookout Mountain, GA, passed away on August 12, 2022 in a local hospital.

Charles was a lifelong resident of the West Brow Community and was of the Baptist faith. He retired after many years with Stevens Drywall, he loved the outdoors, whether it was fishing, hunting, or just working in his yard, and was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harry E. and Cleo Johnson Craig, & brother, Jerry Wayne Craig.

Surviving include his wife, Sue Craig; son, Christopher and Becca Craig of Lookout Mountain, GA; sisters Charlotte (Donnie) Stevens of Lookout Mountain, GA, and Nancy (Gene) Grigsby of Flintstone, GA; brothers Mac (Janice) Craig, and Milford Craig,all of Lookout Mountain, GA; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 16th at 12:00 p.m. at Mount Olive Cemetery with Rev. Jim Lilly officiating with full military honors by American Legion Post 106. Pallbearers will be Keith Stevens, Tim Stevens, Shane Craig, Casey Craig, Cody Cameron, and Lane Willbanks. Honorary Pallbearer, Kira Willbanks will carry him to rest. The family will receive friends Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Tuesday 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton, GA.
