According to the Dade Health and Rehabilitation’s Facebook page, an unnamed employee tested positive for COVID-19 over the weekend. This update is forcing the facility into outbreak mode: all in-person visitation, including indoor and outdoor, is halted along with resident excursions. Resident excursions may commence if they are for a doctor’s appointment. Loved ones may do a window-visit, but masks must be worn at all times on the premises once the vehicle is exited.

The center asks that if you have any questions, call them at 706-657-4171.
